Q1. Does the yearly membership automatically renew?

Yes, assuming that you are happy with all of the products, this is the easiest solution and guarantees that you do not miss out on anything. Renewal will not come at a surprise. You will be notified throughout the month leading up to your renewal date and cancellation is a click away (within your account dashboard).

Q4. How do I access new products when you launch them?

New downloads will be added directly to your Membership Hub upon release and I’ll shoot you an email to let you know!

Q2. Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

Absolutely! You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade, and suspend your membership whenever you like within your account’s dashboard. (If you cancel or suspend your account, please take note of Q3.)

Q5. What Version of Photoshop do I need to use your PS Brushes?

Providing that your Photoshop is CS and above, you have the ability to use the textures within all of my brush packs!

Q3. If I cancel my membership, am I still able to use the resources within commercial projects?

All licenses are only valid for the duration of your membership. If you cancel your membership, you are no longer covered to use the resources within commercial projects. However, if the project was agreed upon throughout the time that you had a membership, then the license is valid.

Q6. If I'm not happy with my membership, can I cancel and receive a full refund?

Yes, without question. If you are not happy with your membership within 30 days of purchasing, you are free to cancel and receive a full refund, no questions asked. However, please keep in mind that you will be unable to use any of the downloaded products within commercial or personal projects.
